The New Era of the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is in full swing, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the incredible progress being made! Since construction kicked off in May 2024, the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. What started with demolition has evolved into a thriving construction site, brimming with the energy and determination of the teams working tirelessly to bring this vision to life.

Previously, we shared the meticulous planning that laid the foundation for this ambitious renovation project. Now we're thrilled to showcase the incredible progress made - from the initial stages of demolition to the dynamic pace of new construction - capturing the momentum driving the New Era forward!

Some of the major milestones achieved so far:

• Demolition has been completed
• The new concrete face wall is firmly in place
• Steel beams supporting the second-floor balcony have been installed
• The upstairs flooring system has been completely replaced 
• The block walls for the beacon tower and downstairs beverage area have been constructed 

Looking ahead, even more exciting developments are on the horizon. In the coming weeks, the roof will be extended, and the building will be enclosed to allow interior work to begin. Each step brings us closer to realizing the New Era. 

This renovation is more than just construction; it's a reimagining of what the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall can be. From enhanced seating and expanded bar service to advanced audio and lighting systems, every aspect of the project has been designed to elevate the experience for artists and audiences alike.
