With each passing week, the vision for this world-class music venue comes to life, transforming Ponte Vedra Concert Hall into an exceptional, state-of-the-art destination for live entertainment.
A Signature Looks Takes Shape
Steel contractors have extended Ponte Vedra Concert Hall’s signature double-pitch roofline to the front wall of the lobby - a key step toward completing the roof dry-in. Soon, the construction team will extend the roofline east, creating a welcoming, covered entry area that will elevate the arrival experience for guests.
Meanwhile, the venue's outdoor experience is also taking shape. Concrete block and carpentry crews are hard at work installing wooden roof trusses over the new outdoor deck space, delivering an inviting area for music enthusiasts to enjoy before and after shows.
The Interior Transformation Is Underway
Inside the hall, things are progressing quickly. Framing is nearly complete, with most first- and second-floor walls now standing tall. This advancement has paved the way for electrical and plumbing crews to jump into action. Rough-in is now complete, and designated spaces for toilets, sinks, and showers are clearly defined. The transformation from blueprint to reality is truly remarkable.
One of the most exciting developments is the progress on the seating areas. Metal stud installation is nearly finished, and you can now envision the premium seating experience this venue will soon offer.
Regular site walkthroughs with contractors ensure that every detail is meticulously reviewed. This hands-on approach guarantees that the final product will be nothing short of exceptional.
